Darlington Nationals D.2 Recap

WE DID IT!!  😁🍻

Our goal was to try and make at least one A-Main here at Darlington Raceway and we did it… and not only 1, BUT TWO A-MAINS!!!!

E had maybe his best day ever on a parking lot track.

🦷  Seamless Dentistry Sr. Honda 🦷

B-Main: P4->P6

Recap: The Sr. Honda was a bummer. The car was awesome. But we had to start 4th (instead of 5th) 😩 when another car had problems before the green. That mean a freight train to the back at the start. He fell to last but drove back to 6th, but time ran out in the race. The car was good enough to make the A!  But that’s racing.

🛢️ Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change - Kannapolis Sr. Animal 🛢️

B-Main: P1->P2 (Transferring to A-Main!)

Recap: He started on the pole of the Sr Animal B-Main and had a good car, led a bunch but fell to 2nd at the checkers. But we made the A-Main in Animal as well! ✅

🥞 Cascade Milling Light 160 🥞

C-Main: P1->P1 (Transferring to B-Main!)

B-Main: P7->P4 (Transferring to A-Main!)

Recap: He dominated and led every lap to win the Lt 160 C-Main 🏁🥇 (his first win of any kind on a national level) and then drove from 7th to 4th in the B-Main to make the Lt. 160 A-Main. ✅

Overall, we are pumped. He raced good on a tough track. And he made his first National A-Mains as a Senior.
