BROKEN PARTS, BROKEN DREAMS… AND A PODIUM 🤪
After a huge weekend of momentum in Darlington, we hoped to keep that going this weekend at home at North Carolina Quarter Midget Association (NCQMA). And while E was on it… the cars, the breaks and some broken parts weren’t in our favor. So we did what we could, learned from our mistakes, and we are already looking forward to next weekend’s Dixie Shootout Series race at NGQMA - North Georgia Quarter Midget Association.

Heat: P7->P4
B-Main: P1->P2
A-Main: P8->P9
Recap: Well… it was all downhill from the heat race. We had a good car, but were in a stacked heat and only made it to 4th in a caution free event. So off to the B-Main. We led early, but finished 2nd. But the car was slower. We weren’t sure why. Well, the A-Main answered it. E got up to 7th but then started falling off the pace. After a trip to the pits to figure out what was wrong, the car continued to be slow and E pulled off. In the end, we found the RF bearings pretty much disintegrated. So pulling off was the right call.
