ANOTHER GEORGIA RACE… ANOTHER GEORGIA WIN! 🎉🏆🥇
Even though this weekend wasn’t supposed to include any racing, mom and dad are crazy🤪 and we loaded up last minute and headed to one of my favorite tracks, NGQMA - North Georgia Quarter Midget Association.
This was a good chance to practice some setups before we come back next month for the Dixie Shootout Series race. And boy we are glad we did.
We learned a lot. We made some mistakes. We had some speed.💨 We were also sloooow. 🐢 We destroyed a car (not by our doing). And we won another race. 🎉

A-Main: P3->P3 🥉
Recap: Boy was our Senior Honda fast. Quick in practice and 3rd quick in qualifying. We tried some things and it worked. In the race, it wasn’t a 1st place car, but it was a 2nd place car for sure. But the driver made some mistakes in lapped traffic which cost him track position. And we finished 3rd.

Recap: As always, the Aninal was a rocket. 🚀 We struggled with gear and just missed the pole. Then before the race, we had an issue which brought us to the pits with a stuck throttle. Thankfully our competitors waited for us to get it fixed. Once the race went green, we slid into 2nd and chased down the leader and our friend Edison (Awesomeness Racing Team). After running on his tail, we made a pass and got the lead. Once we got out front we were able to hold on and win. It’s our 3rd Sr Animal win in 3 tries this year at North Georgia.

Recap: Whoomp whoomp. We’ve been struggling the last two months with this car and no different this weekend. In the race it was the same even after WHOLESALE changes. But with about 10 laps to go, the LR Shock mount broke, resulting in an amazing, violent, spinning pirouette😵💫. But the car was trashed and we were done. Back to the drawing board (with some help and repairs from Ultimate QM) on that car. 🤷🏻♂️
